Virginia R. Richard - CEO & Chairman of the Board of Directors
Virginia Richard is a Partner of the law practice Winston & Strawn, LLP where she serves as a member of the firm's Executive Committee and head of the intellectual property practice.

She has litigated trademark, unfair competition, false advertising, and copyright infringement cases in federal courts throughout the United States and has supervised trademark and unfair competition litigation in over 70 countries. Ms. Richard has developed and implemented worldwide trademark registration, policing, and enforcement programs for numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Ms. Richard’s practice includes trademark and copyright licensing, Web site development agreements, content licenses, Web hosting and co-location agreements, software development agreements, software licensing, and technology transfer and consulting agreements. Ms. Richard frequently works with the firm’s corporate partners in connection with intellectual property aspects of private equity deals, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Richard’s clients include insurance and financial services companies, health care providers, telecommunication companies, software firms, marketing and technology consulting firms, and consumer goods companies in the apparel, textile, food, and tobacco fields.

Ms. Richard was chosen as a leading lawyer by The Best Lawyers in America in 2006-2007. She was listed in An International Who's Who of Trademark Lawyers in 2005 and 2006.

Ms. Richard is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Corporate Opinion Committee, and head of the intellectual property practice. Ms. Richard is a member of the American Bar Association's Section on Patent, Trademark and Copyright Law and the Section on Antitrust Law. She also is a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, New York Intellectual Property Law Association, and International Trademark Association.

Ms. Richard received a B.A. in History from Manhattanville College in 1965 and a J.D. from New York University Law School in 1969.


Frederick H. Bond, Jr. - CFO

Fred is a CPA and graduate of Northeastern University with a BS Degree in Finance and Economics.

He was a CPA supervisor with Ernst & Ernst and has had over 30 years' experience in senior finance and operating positions with both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups.

Positions held included Senior V.P., Treasurer and CFO of the Sperry & Hutchinson Company; President of a Group of Litton Industries Companies; Executive VP & CFO of E & B Marine, Inc.; and President of Water Management Systems, a start-up company.


Andrew Wagner - Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Andrew holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati as well as an M.B.A. with a concentration in Business Analysis from Georgia State University.

Mr. Wagner has more than fifteen years of experience in commercial aviation. He has more than six years of technical experience as a Senior Systems Engineer and Maintenance Program Project Manager for a major airline. Andrew's primary responsibilities at TDG Aerospace have included aircraft integration, technical marketing, strategic planning, market research, forecasting and proposal development. He is also the primary contact for ongoing customer and product support.


Bill Chin - Vice President - Operations
Bill holds a BSME in Applied Mechanics from the University of Nevada, Reno. He is also an ASQ-Certified Reliability Engineer since 1977.

Mr. Chin has 15 years' experience in the aerospace and defense industry for Brunswick Defense, General Dynamics, Hughes Aircraft Company working on the systems' engineering aspects, as head of Special Projects Reliability, on current deployed anti-missile systems, satellite and launch systems, kinetic energy weapons, advanced smart munitions and communication systems.

Mr. Chin also has 10 years' experience in the medical device industry managing the reliability and engineering labs of Braun Thermoscan (responsible for all new product design and production validation), and planning / performing the testing of new photolithography processing equipment for the semiconductor manufacturing industry.


Dan Fish - Vice President - Engineering
Dan holds a BSCS from San Diego State University.

Mr. Fish graduated high school in Three Lakes, Wisconsin, in 1964, and immediately joined the U.S. Navy where he attended two years of FTM (Fire Control Technician - Missile) schools at Great Lakes, IL and Mare Island, CA. The remainder of six years in the Navy was spent aboard the USS Richmond K. Turner (DLG-20) with three tours in the Tonkin Gulf. Dan was responsible for the operation and maintenance of AN/SPG-55B Missile Fire Control Radar. He was honorably discharged in 1971 with the rank of FTM-1 (E-6).

Following the Navy, Dan was hired by Wavetek Corporation in San Diego as a technician, troubleshooting and calibrating function generators. Dan started college classes at San Diego Mesa College working towards a BSEE at the same time. By 1980, Dan had graduated from San Diego State University with a BSCS degree with a GPA of 3.48. During this period of time, Dan was promoted from calibration technician to engineering technician, associate engineer, design engineer and project engineer.

Dan continued his career at Wavetek to eventually put in 28 years (1971-1999) and ended up with the title of Chief Engineer. During this time, Dan managed projects for commercial function and pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, and arbitrary waveform generators. Dan also was Program Manager for several military programs during this time. The final few years at Wavetek saw a shift from MATE and rack/stack products to portable, battery-powered LAN Cable Testers.

Following Wavetek, Dan went to work for a contract engineering firm that was eventually bought by Flextronics. During this time, Dan designed analog hardware for personal electronics (such as PDA's and digital cameras), medical electronics, and printers.

 

Travis Richard - Sales Manager / Director of Investor Relations
Travis majored in Business Management at Cal State at Arcata.  He has worked at TDG for over seven years in many different capacities.  Travis has been on the Board of Directors at TDG Aerospace for three years.
